1、最基本的，声音洪亮，吐字清晰，国语标准——小学时期因为朗诵而得到老师表扬者优先；
2、懂得如何录音，若否，我可以教你学会使用Cool edit软件——拥有MP3的资产阶级优先；
3、最好可以自己策划节目内容，有一定的文笔和独到之见——常写小资文章者、有病呻吟者优先；
4、情绪稳定，天性开朗，可以略带忧伤，但不刻意颓废，不追求堕落，不可无病乱呻吟；
5、可以忍受无工资的苛刻待遇，可以定期完成节目，估计每人每月一至两期，可以持之以恒；
6、有强烈的责任心，有长期艰苦抗战的准备，只是纯粹以为好玩者，请勿随便报名；
7、不要以为每次做节目都可以一次过关，每个节目都是要反复录几次的，要精益求精；
8、最后，必须热爱生活，热爱党和祖国，当然，更加热爱小鬼，热爱电台，热爱小鬼里的每一个人。[/color]
[color=#0000ff]下面是小鬼网络电台的节目制作流程：
1、NJ确定节目主题，跟我商量过后，开始整理或者编写文稿，写完后再让我审核；
2、按时完成节目，若实在太忙则可以谅解，目前估计为每个月三至四期节目，NJ轮流制作节目，具体我会在半个月之前给予通知，让其有充分时间准备；
3、NJ制作完毕后需尽快把节目传送给我，以进行后期编辑以及其他修正事项；
4、彻底完成后才放到电台里，为了更多人收听，体现NJ的努力，期限为10天左右；
5、节目更新时间为每个月的10、20、30号晚上，每个月至少三期节目，请准时关注。[/color]
